You’ve not subscribed into your GIC ISA in the previous tax year so it’s become inactive. You need to reactivate it to subscribe into it again. Log on to online banking, select ‘GIC ISA investments’ > ‘Investment dashboard’ > ‘Quick links’ > ‘Reactivate your ISA’. Other transactions and investments you already hold in your ISA haven’t been affected
